Peacock Lane Cottage is a charming, 2 bedroom, 1 bath Key West style cottage.
Tastefully decorated and comfortable, enjoy a superb location on Little Gasparilla Island.
Enjoy views of the Gulf starting with sunrise to the incredible evening sunsets from both the front and rear decks. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine on the swing which overlooks the Gulf.
A newly renovated bathroom, updated amenities, 2 outdoor showers, a private rear deck to enjoy sunbathing, dining and relaxing while overlooking the Gulf.
The cottage is surrounded by many palm trees which offer cool breezes and shade. Fall asleep to the sound of the surf each night.
Take a few steps from the cottage and explore 7 miles of an unspoiled beach. Walk south or north and treasure hunt and beach-comb for rare shells and centuries old shark’s teeth.
Swim in the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico and be delighted seeing dolphins, manatees, birds and turtles who call LGI their home.
Peacock Lane Cottage is a perfect for 1-4 guests.
Because Little Gasparilla Island is a private Island “with no public access “you can enjoy a safe, quiet and peaceful vacation paradise whether alone or with family and friends.
Our weeks run Saturday to Saturday with check-in at 4 PM and check out at 10 AM.
We ask for a 300.00 refundable reservation deposit which will turn into your security deposit upon arrival. This is returned within 2 weeks of your departure date assuming no damage or extra cleaning required.
Upon booking, we will email you our Welcome Letter with all the specifics about your visit.
